Disclaimer We do not guarantee that all the items available at the Bric-a-brac web shop are in stock at the time of your order. In the case of incorrect stock balance affecting your order, we will contact you shortly by phone or by e-mail. Part of the services mediated through the site are performed and concerned for by outside organizations. In situations where Bric-a-brac act as agent for such services, we cannot be held responsible for any errors resulting from their activities. Privacy Policy All personal information saved at the site will be handled with most care. The information that we store will not be sold or used for any purposes other than making sure you get the best service possible. It will solely be used for informing you about special offers and other marketing activities related to the different units of Bric-a-brac. Your personal data may be disclosed to third parties only when it is necessary to fulfill the purposes described above. Security Your online payment is secured through the use of payment systems from DIBS (www.dibs.se). The DIBS systems are approved by all swedish banks and are certified in accordance with PCI DSS by VISA and MasterCard to handle payment transactions of the highest security class. All communication between the shop and your bank is handled by DIBS and encrypted via SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). You can see that a page is secure by looking at the padlock symbol in the lower right corner of your web browser and that the web adress start with a https:// Bric-a-brac will not have access to your card information and can not store information about it. DIBS also supports 3D secure to identify the card holder thereby reducing the risk of abuse of your card information. If your card is connected to 3D secure you will be re-directed to your bank for verification before the transaction is completed. We cannot be held responsible for content or privacy policies of such sites. Payment & Prices We accept card payments by Visa and MasterCard. The full amount will be charged on the date of the shipment (i.e. when the package is dispatched). If your country is part of the European Union (EU), prices include Swedish VAT at 25 %. Exchanges and refunds During 14 days following the delivery of your order, you may request the exchange or refund of items, which you must return to us in perfect condition accompanied by the original invoice. Returns will only be accepted if labels and original packaging are fully intact. Bric-a-brac cannot accept returns where labels have been removed. You are responsible for the shipping of returned items back to Bric-a-brac. Items lost in transportation will not be compensated for. Shipping charges on returned merchandise are at the customer's expense. However, Bric-a-brac will not charge additional shipping on exchanges. Refunds for returned merchandise will be made within two weeks of the return of the product, to the original purchaser’s credit card. Note that additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded. Neither will shipping costs. For countries within the EU, VAT will be included in the refund. All exchanges are subject to availability. Faulty items will be exchanged to the same type of product in the same size, subject to availability. Refunds for faulty items can be made within the 14-day period following delivery. Exchanges and returns can only be made as described in Bric-a-brac’s instructions, which can be found at the back of your invoice. Items cannot be exchanged or refunded at our stores. Collecting Orders Within Sweden Swedish orders are delivered with Posten. You will get a note in your mailbox when the package is ready for pick up at your local postal center or in case you left your mobile phone number you will also be notified via SMS text message. Governing Law These terms of use are construed in accordance with Swedish law and you agree that the Swedish courts will have exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute under this agreement. The laws of you country may be different from the laws in Sweden and there may be additional legal requirements for you to use this website. You must comply with all applicable local and international laws and regulations regarding your use of our website. |
